The abstract sign, the modeled one by the imagination of the artist, the sign that stops darkness, the sign that lies between the body and the light.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Abstracted and shrieked, it becomes the symbol of a world full of gestures and artistic intentions through which the artist lives on the canvas.<\/span><\/p>

Semantically speaking, the sign is able to mark or split meaning or complex sentences from the content and Beti Vervega gives this function back to it. Within the structural assembly of the works of the artist, the sign has got a creative role, defining all of their dynamics.<\/span><\/p>

It becomes an arrow and it triggers a push within the kinetic of the work of art. In the same time, it transforms itself in one of its reading clues, it dissolves itself through color and it multiplies fractural<\/span><\/p>

, creating the image of an infinite space.<\/span><\/p>

The creations of this series offer us the sensation of some kinetic paintings. The term of \u201ckinetic painting\u2019\u2019 goes well with this stage of creation. The essence and the manner in which the sign is integrated in the composition hints to an OP ART (Optical Art) aesthetics.<\/span><\/p>

The abstract pattern, illegible at the beginning, decomposed by meaning and connection with the real world, seems to play a strictly decorative function, but isolated through a process of visual expansion, it places itself on another time frame, becoming the palm through which the light penetrates- the contour that lies between body and light.<\/span><\/p>

The paintings seem to develop themselves in an infinite space, they seem to regenerate themselves through an endless cell process.<\/span><\/p>
